• All cabinet and drawer interiors and exteriors are wiped (must be empty)

• Sinks and backsplashes are cleaned until spotless

• Kitchen range hood is cleaned (if removable)

Bedroom

• Closet shelves are cleaned

Bathroom

• Thoroughly scrub the bathtub and shower enclosure

• Clean the toilet inside, outside, and behind

• Polish mirrors, light fixtures, sinks, and countertops

• Remove dust from ceiling fan covers (vacuum if needed)

• Disinfect light switches and door handles

• Empty garbage bins

• Vacuum and mop floors for a spotless finish

• Wipe baseboards to remove dust buildup

• Clean vanity inside and out for a complete finish

Laundry room

• Wipe down washer and dryer exteriors

• Clean out the lint trap

• Clean behind machines (if already moved by resident)

all areas

• Ceiling fans, door frames, light switches, interior windows, mirrors and doorknobs are cleaned

• Walls, baseboards and window ledges are cleaned

• Hard floors are vacuumed and mopped

• Carpets and rugs are vacuumed and shampooed thoroughly
